FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are electrostatic sheets environmentally friendly?
Yes, our sheets are made from recyclable materials, including PET film, helping to reduce our impact on the environment. They are also recyclable.

How can I clean the electrostatic sheets?
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the leaves.

How can I improve the adhesion of my sheet?
We recommend that you press your sheet firmly against the backing you are using. Don't hesitate to reverse the direction of the sheet, as the top part of your sheet could have become slightly detached from the roll during transport/storage, thus altering its adhesive properties. In addition, make sure the room has an acceptable level of humidity (particularly in the changing rooms).

How can I make it easier to cut the leaves?
We advise you to separate the leaves with a sharp blow, starting from the axis of the leaf (see video presentation). You can also use scissors to separate a specific surface. Separation in no way alters the product's functionality.

How long do electrostatic foils last in terms of durability?
Shelf life varies according to use and conditions. They can remain in place for several weeks to several months if they are not touched and in a suitable environment. The more they are moved, the more they lose their electrostatic charge and therefore their adhesion.

Do the sheets work on all surfaces?
The sheets adhere to most surfaces in public areas (plastered walls, PVC, glass, tiles, etc.). However, flat surfaces are preferable for better adhesion. Their ability to adhere may be reduced on highly textured surfaces.

What markers are recommended for writing on the sheets?
We recommend the use of specific whiteboard markers for clear, easy-to-erase writing. Avoid indelible markers that could leave permanent marks.

Are the sheets reusable?
Yes, the sheets are reusable and can be moved several times without leaving an adhesive residue. However, their adhesive capacity may diminish with time and use. We recommend that you press them firmly against the substrate to avoid air getting between the sheets and the substrate.

Can the leaves be used on vertical surfaces?
Yes, the sheets are designed to adhere effectively to vertical surfaces such as walls and whiteboards, offering great flexibility of use.

Can the sheets be used for outdoor presentations?
Although primarily designed for indoor use, they can also be used outdoors in mild weather conditions. However, it is important to choose an appropriate surface for optimum adhesion.

How should electrostatic sheets be stored when not in use?
We recommend storing them flat or on a roll in a dry, clean place to preserve their electrostatic charge and adhesion. Taking care to ensure that the sheet
