Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between OXGOAL and any buyer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") wishing to purchase the products offered for sale on the OXGOAL website. www.oxgoal.com. In particular, they specify the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery and management of any returns of products ordered by the Customer.

Article 2: Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the site. OXGOAL takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of these products to provide the Customer with the best possible information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the site, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.

Article 3: Prices

Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. OXGOAL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated by the Customer.

Article 4: Ordering

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. OXGOAL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Article 5: Payment

Orders are paid for by credit card or any other payment method accepted on the site. Payment information is encrypted using SSL protocol to ensure the security of transactions.

Article 6: Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative and in no way contractual. OXGOAL cannot be held responsible for late delivery. The transport risk is borne by the Customer as soon as the product leaves the warehouse.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

7.1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with current legislation, consumers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the product, which remains at the consumer's expense.

7.2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify their decision to withdraw by sending an e-mail or letter to the contact details given in these GTC, specifying the order number and the products concerned. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form, although this is not obligatory.

7.3. Conditions for returning products

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) and must not have been damaged or excessively used. Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of notification of the decision to cancel.

7.4. Refund

In the event of withdrawal, the seller will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that the consumer has chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by the seller), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which the seller is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to a different means.

Article 8 - Returns policy

8.1. Return conditions

Apart from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 7, the consumer has a period of 14 days in which to return a non-conforming or defective product. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

8.2. Return process

Les frais de retour sont à la charge du consommateur, sauf si le produit est défectueux ou non conforme.

8.3. Refund or exchange

8.4. Products excluded from the right of return

Article 10: Guarantees and liability

Products supplied by OXGOAL are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Article 11: Personal data

The information and data collected by OXGOAL when an order is placed are necessary for order management and commercial relations. It may be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relations such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.

Article 12: Intellectual property

All elements of the site www.oxgoal.com are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of OXGOAL. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or audio.

Article 13: Disputes

These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
